Business English Trainer (Freelance)
We are currently looking for experienced and motivated Freelance Business English Trainers to join our team in Hamburg, Germany.
This is an excellent opportunity for dynamic trainers who enjoy working with professionals in an international business environment and delivering engaging, practical language training on-site at client locations.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Business English training sessions to corporate clients
- Conduct on-site lessons at companies in and around Hamburg
- Prepare customized lesson plans tailored to clients’ professional needs
- Support leadership employees in improving communication skills for management and everyday business interaction
- Assess learner progress and provide written constructive feedback to us on a weekly basis
- Create a positive, professional, and motivating learning atmosphere
Requirements
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Experience teaching Business English to adults and corporate clients
- Logistics industry experience is an advantage
- Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g. CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
- Ability to adapt lessons to different individual needs and proficiency levels
- Must be based in Hamburg or able to travel regularly to Hamburg for on-site training
