Thanks for your mail. I was yesterday in Berlin and I noticed that they have also the same issue. So we decided to sit down and discuss the issue. As it turns out, they needed for the last project one month longer because so many people on the project team got ill. The manager there said that this is in wintertime fairly normal. But it was this time more serious. I advised them not to cut it so fine when it comes to staffing. As I said, we had last winter too this problem, but we didn’t run short of staff. We will get tomorrow from their HR a full report.
