The next most important exercise to do in terms of building vocabulary is this one.
You’ll need a little bit of time for this exercise (and maybe some help from your dictionary). But it really contains the most frequently-used business-English words. A lot of the time, the problem with business-English is precisely that – i.e. it uses formal words. It would be great if you could filter out a list of the words that are new for you while you are doing the exercise, and then in the next lesson, we can write a short dialogue together using these words in order to help you remember them.
